Since February 2021, our company is an ECM (certified Entity in Charge of Maintenance) and certified in accordance with implementing regulation EU 2019 / 779; it is included in the ERADIS (European Agency Database of Interoperability and Safety) database. Prior to that, certification according to VO (EU) 455 / 2011 existed since 2016.
As an ECM, we perform all four functions covered by implementing regulation EU 2019 / 779:
- ECM management
- Maintenance development
- Maintenance delivery
- Fleet maintenance management
Furthermore, PORR AustriaRail GmbH is certified as a welding company for rail vehicles in accordance with EN 15085-2 and also offers a mobile maintenance/wagon master service in addition to conventional maintenance services.
